PreviewMD is an AI simulator for plastic surgery and aesthetic practices. A patient uploads one photo on the surgeon's website and sees a photorealistic, anatomically correct before-and-after of their own face or figure in about three to four minutes.
It installs with one script tag on any website platform and carries the practice's branding. Every preview delivers the patient's contact details to the practice before the result appears, arriving natively through integrations like GoHighLevel, a webhook, or any of the 450+ healthcare systems Keragon connects with. Photos are processed for the preview and never stored.
The AI model behind each procedure is fine-tuned with a practicing double board-certified plastic surgeon, separately for men and for women, so the preview holds up when the patient is sitting across from the surgeon. The same subscription runs previews live in the consult room.
Previews are visualizations that support the consultation, not medical predictions.

Morph ThingPreviewMD's answer
PreviewMD is an AI simulator for plastic surgeons that shows prospective patients their potential surgical result on their practice's website or live in the consultation room.
A visitor uploads one selfie, right on the page. No app to download, no account to create. They enter their name and email, which is what unlocks the image, so the lead reaches their CRM or EMR before anything renders. About three to four minutes later, the patient is looking at a picture of how they could look after the procedure, on their own face or body.
The AI behind the simulator is fine-tuned for each procedure with a plastic surgeon who's been in practice for more than three decades. That's what the picture is built on: what the procedure changes anatomically, and by how much. A new simulator ships only after it passes surgeon validation.

Plastic surgery and aesthetic practices. The surgeon, the practice owner or manager, or the marketing lead usually purchases the software.
PreviewMD's answer
PreviewMD's before-and-after images come from AI models that a plastic surgeon fine-tunes procedure by procedure, separately for men and women. Each procedure simulator ships only after the surgeon validates it. That validation is the part most of this category can't claim.
The manual tools in this space have the patient drag their own photo into a new shape, so no clinical standard sits behind the picture. Other tools are 3D imaging systems that capture the patient in the office, often on equipment the practice has to buy. Those run the simulation in the consult room and don't reach patients who haven't booked yet.
PreviewMD installs with one script tag on the practice's existing website, and patients use their own phone or laptop. A practice can run PreviewMD on the website and in the consultation room on one subscription. PreviewMD pricing is public and published, while several of the established vendors quote on request.
