Unlike most direct mail automation providers, PostcardMania boasts an in-house printing service with decades of experience to ensure consistently high quality. PostcardMania never outsources printing, so all mail delivery is fast, seamless and reliable. Marketing consultants give personal and professional service that helps business owners tailor their marketing campaigns down to the smallest details, such as mailing list options, custom design, delivery schedule, and more. This means small business owners have access to automated mailings and integrated direct mail campaigns with digital targeting options based on geo-location and search-based online behaviors at entry-level rates. PostcardMania is both future-forward and hometown focused since its mission is to assist small business owners succeed and support a healthy and strong national economy.

They can build a lead-generating website, schedule mailer campaigns for the entire year, customize and optimize postcards with the latest technology and design options as well as add on digital targeting on social media sites and Google. All of PostcardMania’s direct mail marketing campaigns are also analyzed and optimized for best performance. Further, successful campaign results are cataloged and shared with the public to help other businesses in similar industries. Today, PostcardMania is still the only direct mail company that bases their marketing campaigns on the results of previous successes and results tracking.

PostcardMania’s primary audience is comprised of savvy marketers looking for a competitive and business owners who need to improve their marketing and grow. The company’s driving purpose is to help businesses market effectively to the point they grow and expand, bringing more jobs and opportunity to the U.S. economy.

What's the story behind your product?

PostcardMania's answer

In 1998, Founder and CEO Joy Gendusa started her own postcard printing business in Clearwater, FL inside a small 600-square foot cottage with just a computer and her own marketing savvy. The idea started after Joy personally experienced a customer service nightmare with another printer that put its own phone number on her mailers. Joy vowed to never do the same, and realized she could do everything that company provided her — but better — and thus PostcardMania was born. PostcardMania quickly began growing, and in 2005, Joy needed to set herself apart from larger direct mail companies that had begun to replicate her business model. She saw PostcardMania as headed for commoditization, so she did a quick course correction and created more value — a campaign results department that tracks and shares marketing success stories with businesses in order to help them succeed and shortcut what can be a costly trial-and-error period. PostcardMania's unique approach to results-based campaigns has helped the company continue to grow year after year, despite an overall contraction in the print industry. Today PostcardMania is a $97 million-dollar company with over 350 staff and serves more than 113,000 businesses. PostcardMania’s annual revenue has grown at an average of 20% year over year since 2019, following a decade of averaging 5% growth.
