Podcast Soundboard's answer
I originally created this application because I personally needed it. There were no applications for MacOS that I could use to trigger soundbites during a podcast recording - the one that did exist crashed every few minutes. From there, the product has continuously been enhanced and expanded to run on all popular platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, and even in the browser.
