LoopNetI would recommend this to someone looking for a way to automate outbound calls. You don't need a developer, Plivo does all the heavy lifting for you. I use it for all my marketing needs and it has made my life so much easier. I have used it for a couple of years now, and I am always pleased with the quality of service and support.
