Plannr.do's answer
Plannr.do is currently sold to individuals rather than organisations, so there are no company accounts to list. Team and enterprise plans are on the roadmap.
Plannr.do's answer
Most planners give you one thing done well and expect you to glue the rest together. Plannr.do is twenty-one sections, tasks, calendar, habits, finance, notes, journal, health, meals, goals in a single app that share one capture box. You type "coffee 4.50" or "gym tomorrow 7am" and it works out where that belongs and files it. No forms, no dropdowns, no picking a category first.
The other half is restraint: no feed, no notifications begging you to come back, no AI running in the background on your data. The model only runs when you press a button.
Plannr.do's answer
Because the switching cost between apps is the work. A to-do app, a habit tracker, a budget spreadsheet and notes in three places don't talk to each other, and you end up maintaining the system instead of using it.
Plannr.do is one subscription ($11.99/month billed yearly) instead of five, one login, one place to look. It's also genuinely quiet, it doesn't gamify you, and your data exports to JSON any time you want to leave.
Plannr.do's answer
Individuals, not teams. People who've already tried the productivity stack, Notion, Todoist, a budgeting app, a habit tracker, and got tired of maintaining four systems that don't know about each other. They want one calm place for their own life, not project management for a company. It ships worldwide in English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese.
Plannr.do's answer
It started as my own setup. I had tasks in one app, money in a spreadsheet, notes scattered across two more, and goals nowhere at all, and I kept noticing that the time I spent tidying the tools was time I wasn't spending on anything. So I built the single place I wanted, section by section, and stopped opening the others. Plannr.do is that, cleaned up enough to hand to someone else.
Plannr.do's answer
Plain HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. no framework. Firebase for auth, Firestore and hosting, Cloudflare Workers for the API layer, Workers AI (Llama 3.1 and 3.3) for the capture parsing that local rules can't handle, and Paddle as merchant of record. It ships as a PWA and as an Android app through Play.
