   The best CRM for our SaaS business

   Pipedrive has made our business much more efficient in following up deals. Keep track of deals, meetings, mails and phone calls all in one place. We can quickly follow up on offers and used Pipedrive's automations and API to integrate our Vizito trials directly into Pipedrive.

   It offers the most flexibility while maintaining an easy-to-use interface and their support is superb!

   Best CRM Software: PipeDrive

   All alternatives are good but we prefer Pipedrive because of its great customization and most fit for company/business development.

• Why doesn't Microsoft have a better CRM product...?

  I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive...   We want to do a day trip from Naxos to Mykonos and Delos. But when I looked at getyourguide.com or viator.com, all the day trips on the dates that we wanted had already been booked. • Mariner of the Seas- Excursion was cancelled

  We used viator.com for many of our excursions. Most of the ones you find on RCCL are available on Viator but at a lower price. Be aware you may have to arrange your own transportation but we booked our excursions with shuttle included so we didn't have to deal with Taxis/Uber. Source: 10 months ago

• Visiting Norway in August and want to book a guided tour and a boat tour - is it okay/wise to book some we found through Trip Advisor or might we find websites for the exact guides we want to hire?

  I've never used Trip Advisor to book tours, but I have had good experiences with viator.com. Haven't used it to book anything in Norway though, but it worked well in Spain and Scotland. Source: 10 months ago
