I feel like Microsoft could offer a more robust CRM than what's present with 'Contacts' under Outlook, and pretty easily. Something like Pipedrive... I've used iAuditor from https://safetyculture.com/ in the past for site inspections/walkthrus pre-install. You could set up a form for maintenance visits. I'm not sure about integrating with your ticketing platform though. Might be worth a look. Source: over 1 year ago
