Feedvote's answer:

I built Feedvote because I was tired of paying monthly subscriptions for simple feedback tools just to hear from my users. I wanted a way to collect votes and share updates that I owned completely. It started as an internal tool to stop stakeholders from nagging me for updates, and evolved into a full feedback platform that simplifies the loop between "User Request" and "Dev Task.
