You can try Sonic Visualier [1] with Chordino plugin from the Vamp Plugin Pack [2]. It won't give you a full notation, but it can estimate chords from the audio recording. I haven't used it for this myself but I think Sonic Visualiser (https://sonicvisualiser.org/) might be able to tell you what notes are being played if you feed it a recording. Source: almost 4 years ago
