Its 150-tool collection includes 65 medication dose calculators, pediatric growth tools, neonatal calculators, maintenance-fluid calculations, converters, and clinical references in a consistent browser-based interface.

Many calculators are available free on the public site. The optional Pro web app is designed for repeat use with faster tool search, focused panels, local recents and notes, and phone or desktop installation without an app store. PedsCalc remains a math-support and educational resource: every result should be checked against current labeling, local policy, patient-specific factors, and an appropriate clinician or pharmacist.
