We know that when running a club thereโs always something else to be done. Youโve got to get this monthโs subs out (and some players havenโt paid last monthโs yet, but who?). They forgot to pay, you forgot to remind them - it happens, but maybe a bit too often.
How well is the club doing financially anyway? Youโre spending way too much of your own time doing the admin, working out exactly who owes what, and what's been collected. Updating the numbers is such a hassle that you put it off, which then makes it an even bigger job. โ
Itโs all a bit of a mess.
We hear you. Collecting money neednโt be time-consuming or difficult. Imagine if you could:
โ Collect every single payment
โ Know exactly where the club is financially
โ Spend a lot less time on admin
โ Get paid within minutes, not weeks
โ Receive and process payments automatically
โ Spot late payments and instantly chase them up
โ Record all of your payments in one place
Payzip helps you do all of this, and more. Built specifically for club treasurers and secretaries, Payzip is a member payment system that helps you get your head out of the books and back into the game.

PayZip's answer
Payzip is aimed squarely at the club treasurer, with a focus on managing and collecting payments.
PayZip's answer
Payzip is purely pay-as-you-go - there's no subscription, no app for your members (or their parents!) to install - they just can pay straight from the email invoice. With automated payment reminders and consolidated weekly payments, Payzip saves treasurers hours of time each week.
PayZip's answer
Treasurers and secretaries of sports clubs, leagues, and governing bodies.

I don't think you need to be a holder of both. I put my mom on my Wells Fargo account and she sent to my account. There is also https://wise.com/us/ . This one I have used to send to someones account in Vietnam. It does have slightly higher fee. But it goes straight into their account. From Wells Fargo I would have to go and get USD then exchange it to Vietnamese currency. Source: about 2 years ago
They invoice in Euros (Czech Republic) so also be aware of fees on payments. I've successfully used TransferWise (https://wise.com/us/). Source: over 2 years ago
It's not a credit card. It's just a way to convert currency w/o a fee. https://wise.com/us/. Source: over 2 years ago
Get a Wise account. Open one in your local currency, and one in US currency. I was doing that for the first few months. Source: almost 3 years ago
Iโve used Wise for bank payments from international clients before: https://wise.com/us/ that way youโre not giving them your actual bank info but the process is similar on the clientโs end. Source: almost 3 years ago
