There’s no need to piece together calendars, spreadsheets and invoicing tools, and the free Starter plan makes it easy to begin. New features are also driven directly by feedback from the dog walking businesses using PawLoop.

PawLoop is designed for independent dog walkers and small dog walking businesses in the UK, from people starting their first business to established professionals managing a busy schedule. It’s ideal for dog walkers who want to reduce admin and keep their business organised in one place.

What's the story behind your product?

PawLoop.co.uk's answer

PawLoop was created after seeing how much of running a dog walking business still relies on calendars, spreadsheets, notes and messages. The goal was to build one simple platform designed around dog walkers themselves. PawLoop launched in July 2026 and now sees 100+ new businesses signing up each week.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

PawLoop is built with React and TypeScript, backed by a PostgreSQL database and cloud-based serverless infrastructure. It uses modern APIs, secure authentication and third-party integrations including Stripe, Google and Microsoft authentication, transactional email services and accounting platforms such as Xero, FreeAgent and QuickBooks.

PawLoop is primarily used by independent and growing dog walking businesses across the UK, rather than a small number of large enterprise customers. We don’t currently publicly name individual customers, but the platform is growing quickly, with 100+ new dog walking businesses joining each week.
