    PreQuilt is a desktop app with a subscription (you can pay it for a single month the one time if you want) that allows for this kind of design work. Itโ€™s not exactly cheap, but I saw it like a class or workshop on how to design my first quilting pattern. Without the app I would have had a much harder time, as the app can take into account seam allowance and fabric width (if I remember right), create blocks, etc. Source: over 3 years ago
