I am curious what backend framework you would choose to run with for prototyping an application with run of the mill user management requirements. Now my main point (no, not IBM cloud services !) An other way is desktop tool/cloud tool that are OCR dedicated to "formatted documents" like ROSSUM or KLIPPA and...
