PackRip is a free, browser-based Pokemon TCG booster pack opening simulator. Rip authentic vintage packs from 51 sets spanning 1999-2012 — Base Set through the full Black & White era — with accurate pull rates derived from real print runs.
What you get: - ~5,900 cards across 51 booster sets, plus 53 WotC promos - Authentic rarity tiers: Common → Rare Holo → Crystal, Shining, Pokemon-ex, Gold Star, Delta Species, Lv.X, Prime, LEGEND - Interactive holo, reverse-holo, and full-art effects that respond to mouse / tilt - Full collection economy: coins, dust crafting, hunt packs, daily quests, achievements, 16 Professor Oak research tasks, login calendar - Cross-device sync via anonymous UUID — no signup, no email, no PII - Friend invite codes + live rare-pull feed - Available as a native iOS app (PackRip: Mythos) and on the web
Why it exists: vintage Pokemon packs cost $200-$2000+ each. PackRip is the closest you can get to the ritual of ripping a Base Set or Neo Genesis pack without the financial risk — and without a single ad on the gameplay surface.
100% free to play. Optional $5/mo Supporter and $30 lifetime Founder Pass unlock cosmetic perks only (badges, binder themes, trainer titles) — never gameplay advantages.
Spatius is next-generation real-time digital human infrastructure that enables AI to communicate through natural, expressive digital characters rather than text and voice alone. Companies can use Spatius across AI education, recruiting interviews, customer service, smart terminals, and companion products to create more engaging and lifelike user experiences.
Powered by its self-developed cloud-edge 3DGS technology, Spatius addresses visual quality, deployability, and cost at the same time. The product runs across web, mobile, and intelligent hardware, remains stable on constrained networks and a wide range of devices, and supports long-duration, high-concurrency interactions at predictable costs.
Spatius currently serves TAL Education and other leading customers in the education, recruiting, smart devices , and AI companion sectors. These products have reached millions of end users and supported tens of millions of digital human conversations, helping customers take real-time digital humans from demos into long-term, large-scale production.

A sealed Base Set booster pack costs $400-$2000+. A Neo Genesis pack runs $200+. PackRip lets you experience the ritual of ripping vintage Pokemon packs — the foil glint, the rare slot reveal, the chase for a Shining Charizard or Gold Star Rayquaza — without the financial risk.
Compared to alternatives:
You also get a native iOS app (PackRip: Mythos) if you prefer the home-screen experience over the browser.
Spatius's answer:
Spatius combines photorealistic 3D Gaussian Splatting avatars with a cloud-edge rendering architecture built specifically for real-time AI interaction. Instead of rendering every frame on cloud GPUs and streaming it as video, Spatius sends lightweight motion data to the user’s device, where the avatar is rendered locally.
This approach addresses visual quality, network reliability, device coverage, and operating cost at the same time. It allows digital humans to remain responsive during long conversations, work across web, mobile, and intelligent hardware, and scale to high-concurrency production environments.
PackRip's answer
PackRip is the only browser-based Pokemon TCG simulator that covers the full vintage era — 51 sets from Base Set (1999) through the Black & White era (2012), with authentic pull rates derived from real print runs. Every rarity tier the WotC and early Nintendo era ever printed is in the pool: Crystal, Shining, Pokemon-ex, Gold Star, Delta Species, Lv.X, Prime, and LEGEND half-cards.
Three things set it apart:
Zero friction. No signup, no email, no app install. Open the site and rip a pack in under three seconds. Cross-device sync works via an anonymous UUID — the only "account" is a string you can copy to another device.
Zero gameplay monetization. There are no ads on the pack-opening screen, no premium currency, no paywalled cards, no XP boosters. Paid tiers ($5/mo Supporter, $30 lifetime Founder Pass) unlock cosmetic perks only — badges, binder themes, trainer titles. This is a deliberate choice to stay outside the loot-box / EU Digital Fairness Act regulatory surface.
The collection layer is a real game. Coins, dust crafting, hunt packs, daily/weekly quests, 100+ achievements, 16 Professor Oak research tasks, login calendar with cycle multipliers, friend invites, live rare-pull feed.

Vintage Pokemon TCG collectors and nostalgic millennial / Gen Z fans who grew up with the WotC era (Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Neo) and the early Nintendo era (EX, Diamond & Pearl, HeartGold SoulSilver, Black & White). The people who remember opening packs at recess in 1999 but can no longer justify $400 per sealed pack.
Secondary audience: TCG content creators looking for an on-camera ripping experience without burning real sealed product, and casual fans who want the dopamine of a chase pull without becoming serious collectors.
86.5% of traffic is mobile, skewing US / UK / Canada / Australia.
Spatius's answer:
Spatius is built for companies and developers creating AI products that benefit from natural, face-to-face interaction. Its primary users include teams working in AI education, recruiting and interviews, customer service, smart terminals, digital assistants, intelligent devices, and AI companion products.
It is especially well suited to organizations that require long-duration conversations, high concurrency, cross-platform deployment, custom-branded characters, or reliable operation on constrained networks and hardware.
PackRip's answer
PackRip started as a solo side project in 2025 by a developer who spent his childhood trading Pokemon cards in the early 2000s and watched the secondary market price himself out of the hobby a decade later.
The hypothesis: the addictive part of opening a pack isn't owning the card — it's the ritual, the anticipation, the foil reveal, the rare slot. If you could deliver that without the $400 cost, you could give a generation of lapsed collectors their hobby back.
Six months in, PackRip ships 51 sets, ~5,900 cards, a full collection economy, a native iOS app, anonymous cross-device sync, and a programmatic SEO surface of 7,600+ prerendered pages covering pull odds, EV calculations, most-valuable cards, and per-card pages for every card in the simulator. It runs entirely on Cloudflare Pages + a free-tier Worker — no servers, no email service, no PII.
Spatius's answer:
Spatius was created to close the gap between digital human demonstrations and real-world deployment. Many avatar technologies can produce an impressive short demo, but become difficult or expensive to operate when conversations last longer, user numbers grow, or products must run across diverse devices and network environments.
The Spatius team developed its own cloud-edge 3DGS technology to solve these production challenges together. Today, Spatius helps companies turn AI into a more natural and expressive presence, bringing real-time digital humans into education, recruiting, smart devices, customer-facing terminals, and companion applications.

Spatius's answer:
Spatius is primarily built on proprietary 3D Gaussian Splatting technology and a cloud-edge rendering architecture.
Its cloud-based Motion Server converts generated speech into lightweight facial and motion data, while the AvatarKit SDK renders and animates the 3DGS character locally on the client device. Platform technologies include WebGL and WebGPU for web applications, Metal for iOS, and Vulkan for Android. Spatius can receive real-time audio through technologies such as WebSocket, WebRTC, LiveKit, and Agora, and can integrate with third-party ASR, LLM, and TTS providers.
PackRip's answer
PackRip is a consumer product — its customers are individual Pokemon TCG fans, not enterprises. The community is anonymous by design (no signup, no email), so individual users are not named publicly.
Spatius's answer:
TAL Education is one of Spatius’s leading customers. Spatius also works with established companies across education, recruiting, smart devices, and AI companion products.
Products powered by Spatius have reached millions of end users and supported tens of millions of digital human conversations, demonstrating the platform’s ability to operate in long-term, large-scale production environments.
