There is also https://us.ovhcloud.com/ which appears to be a different site entirely. If I attempt to make an account here, I simply never receive a verification email, although verification works fine via the other URLs. There is a warning about US customers prior to 2018 can sign in via ovh.com/world, which if I follow this out of curiosity, it brings me to the site that redirects me to ca.ovh.com. There's also a few different sites that offer a kind of reseller service, letting you sign up and use crypto payments through them while launching VPS instances on Digital Ocean, Linode, Hetzner, Vultr etc. https://bithost.io is one of them, https://bitlaunch.io is another. I believe there are some web hosting sites that let you pay in crypto currency. I haven't done the research though to check if they make you send in identifying identification before using it though.
