    Why would it be bannable ? isn't it the same as having a friend sitting next to you or making callouts for you ? Coaching in OverWatch or any other game for that matter is better when its live & in a competitive environment I would say you should go for a coach who can do that for you as you can get better out of the coaching session, practice is always better in learning.
