Another option, for a dedicated ticketing/helpdesk system, is osTicket. Self-hosted is completely free, and I had it up and running inside of an hour, from creating a fresh Debian LXC, installing Apache/MariaDB/PHP8.1, and uploading the requisite files for osTicket followed by the initial setup. Search for specific products to get around 'the great firewall' an alternative to paid for which I used when I worked in Beijing for a few weeks was an https tunnel back to my own PC at home using https://www.stunnel.org/static/stunnel.html then used an encrypted VNC connection with https://uvnc.com/ the encryption is a plugin also on their site as I recall.
