  • Do any of you guys use a self-hosted org chart application?
I'm using Organimi! It's a cloud-based org chart tool that I find really easy to use and navigate. You can import CSV/Excel files with your org's data to quickly create a chart. There are also many integrations available (e.g. Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, other CRM softwares, and more). The pricing is pretty fair - there's free and paid plans so you can choose whichever that fits your needs. There's also 14 day... Source: about 3 years ago
  • How am I supposed to know all 60 employees?
Maybe you could create an org chart for your team so that you can see their names and pictures and visualize where each of them sits in your company's hierarchy? I've tried creating org charts on Organimi and I find it really useful and easy to use. There's also a photoboard viewing option if you prefer to view everyone's names and pictures that way :) Hope this helps! Source: about 3 years ago
  • Does using the Visio visual and the Visio Data Visualizer (for Excel) require a separate license for it?
If youโ€™re looking to have an org chart automatically built from an Excel or CSV file, I would suggest checking out Organimi, you can build manually or from data import and itโ€™s cloud based so it updates automatically! Tons of great features including custom fields and theme customizations. Source: almost 4 years ago
