Ordus puts the raw government data — every NSW sale back to 1990 — on a chart you can actually explore: rank 8,000+ suburbs by yield, growth, days-on-market and 60+ metrics, estimate a property from street-level comparables, and lay macro signals like the RBA cash rate straight over the price line. The same data the professionals use, charted properly, no paywall.
