Buy a GLiNet Slate AX or Flint router (~$100). Install SmoothWAN on the router (free). Subscribe to Speedify (~$5/mo) and activate in SmoothWAN. When in Bali, buy a 4G/LTE modem and a local data card (~$60), Telkomsel and XL are good provider options. Connect the villa provided router and your new 4G/LTE modem to the SmoothWAN router.
