Impossible Taps
TapHero is an always free, AI-powered platform designed for property managers, HOAs, and residential building teams who need a simpler, more effective way to manage day-to-day operations in their managed community.
TapHero replaces scattered inboxes, manual routing, and outdated systems with a centralized help desk that automatically organizes and tracks resident, staff, and vendor requests. As requests come in through familiar communication channels, AI creates a ticket, routes it to the right team, and either moves it forward with status tracking, automated follow-ups or resolves it automatically based on predefined rules so nothing falls through the cracks.
Property managers can route work to departments instead of individuals, reduce response delays, and maintain accountability even with changing staff or vendors. Routine workflows such as maintenance coordination, emergency communications, amenity scheduling, move-ins and move-outs, and document collection are handled in one system instead of across multiple tools.
TapHero provides a unified dashboard for managers and boards to see what’s happening in the building in real time, including request volume, response times, and operational trends. This visibility helps teams work more efficiently and gives boards confidence that issues are being handled properly.
Built AI-first and designed for rapid adoption, TapHero reduces manual work, improves service consistency, and gives property teams a practical alternative to legacy property management platforms, all without the high cost and complexity residents and staff avoid.

Hi! I am working on a project mapping bike racks around my city on OpenStreetMap. One of the attributes that I tag is the rack's capacity, but I haven't come to a conclusion about the capacity of these wave-shaped racks:. Source: almost 3 years ago
I need the bounding boxes of all adminstrative units in a specific region from the largest (e.g. The state) to the smallest (whatever this is called) including the full name of the district. What I mean by that is what is displayed on openstreetmap.org when I search for e.g. Brooklyn: it will be displayed in the search results as "Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, United States of America" – the names joined from...
