  Https://estated.com/ (you can lookup 100 properties for free) Parcel data is useful, I google parcel data for the county and then look at it. Source: about 5 years ago

• Are there websites where I can view recent market trends? Or at least data feeds that I can play with?

  We're trying to buy a first property and although we feel like we have some intuitive sense of the local market based on reading the news, I'd really prefer to have hard data to look at and be able to compare by zip code and property... Source: about 5 years ago
