No description of Open Devdocs yet.

Winning a new client should feel like a win. Instead it kicks off a week of chasing a contract stuck in someone's inbox, an invoice that needs three follow-ups, an intake form half-filled and forgotten. The excitement drains away before the real work starts, and every so often a signed client...

  • One magic link, no logins
Proposal, e-signature, payment, intake, and file upload live on a single link. Your client never makes an account, resets a password, or hunts through email.
  • Proposal read-tracking
Know when a client opens your proposal, how long they read, whether they reached the end, and if they forwarded it internally. OnboardHive turns that into a simple read on where the deal stands — so you follow up with timing, not guesswork.
  • Live stall radar
Every onboarding step — sign, pay deposit, intake, upload, grant access, book the kickoff call is tracked. The radar flags exactly where a client stalls, so nothing sits silently for days.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Open Devdocs and OnboardHive.

What makes your product unique?

OnboardHive's answer:

OnboardHive transforms static proposals and fragmented onboarding into a single interactive client journey. Instead of sending PDFs that disappear into inboxes, agencies can create branded onboarding experiences with real-time engagement tracking, e-signatures, automated onboarding, and a client portal all in one place.

Unlike traditional proposal or project management tools, OnboardHive shows exactly how prospects interact with your proposal, helping agencies follow up at the right time, reduce ghosting, and close more deals.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

OnboardHive's answer:

Most tools solve only one part of the client journey. Proposal software ends after signing, while client portals start after onboarding.

OnboardHive connects the entire process from proposal to signature, onboarding, client collaboration, and ongoing communication—in a single branded experience. This eliminates tool switching, creates a smoother client experience, and helps agencies save time while improving conversion rates.

Key benefits include:

Interactive proposals with engagement analytics Built-in e-signatures Automated client onboarding White-label client portal Faster follow-ups based on real client activity Designed specifically for agencies and service businesses

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

OnboardHive's answer:

OnboardHive is built primarily for agencies and service-based businesses that manage multiple client relationships.

Our ideal customers include:

Digital marketing agencies Web design and development agencies Branding and creative studios AI automation agencies Software development companies Consulting firms Freelancers and consultants Video production agencies SEO agencies

Anyone who sends proposals, signs clients, and manages onboarding can benefit from OnboardHive.

What's the story behind your product?

OnboardHive's answer:

I kept seeing the same thing happen to good agencies and consultants: they'd win the client, celebrate for an afternoon, and then lose a week to the handoff. A contract stuck in someone's inbox. An invoice that needed three follow-ups. An intake form half-filled and forgotten. The excitement of a new project quietly draining away before the real work even started and every so often, a signed client slipping through the cracks entirely.

None of it was a selling problem. It was an onboarding problem, spread across too many disconnected tools. So I built OnboardHive to close that gap: one magic link that carries a client from proposal to kickoff sign, pay, intake, files with no logins for them and no chasing for you.

If you've ever felt a won deal go cold in the handoff, that's exactly what this is for. It's early, and I'm building it in the open — tell me what your onboarding actually needs, and it'll shape what comes next.

— Santhosh Gowda, founder, OnboardHive

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?
