Next.js, Firebase
IconBrain's answer:
As an indie developer I needed a fast, easy and customizable way to generate icons for my projects. Other solutions online cost a lot for the low quality they provide because they use cheap models. I wanted a better solution so I created IconBrain
IconBrain's answer:
IconBrain distinguishes itself by moving beyond generic "text-to-image" generation and focusing specifically on context-aware asset creation. Unlike most AI generators that start with a blank slate, IconBrain allows you to import context from your existing website or upload a logo. This means the AI doesn't just generate an icon; it generates your icon, attempting to match your pre-existing color palette and brand identity automatically. Also, IconBrain includes background removal and corner radius adjustments natively, exporting files that are immediately ready for App Store or Google Play submission.
IconBrain's answer:
A user would choose IconBrain over a generic tool (like Midjourney) or a human designer for three main reasons: Consistency, Speed, and Frictionless Pricing. No "Prompt Engineering" Required: You don't need to learn complex prompt syntax to get a specific style. You simply select from pre-tuned styles like Glassmorphism, 3D, or Minimalist. Zero-Maintenance Cost: For a developer who only needs one icon every few months, a monthly subscription to a design tool is a waste. IconBrain allows for sporadic usage without financial penalty.
