aiprice turns an ordinary Excel price list into a working B2B catalog. Small wholesalers still send price lists as files. The customer downloads a spreadsheet, scrolls it without photos, and dictates the order into a messenger. Half of the assortment is never seen, and every order is retyped by...

Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

Opalstack 5 features
aiprice.com.ua 5 features
  • Developer-Friendly Hosting
Opalstack is designed with developers in mind, offering SSH access, Git integration, and support for multiple programming languages and frameworks including Python, Node.js, Ruby, and PHP, giving developers granular control over their hosting environment.
  • Affordable Pricing
Opalstack offers competitive pricing for shared and managed hosting plans, making it an accessible option for small businesses, freelancers, and individual developers who need robust features without enterprise-level costs.
  • Modern Control Panel
Opalstack provides a clean, modern, and intuitive web-based dashboard for managing sites, applications, databases, and email accounts, which is a significant improvement over older-style hosting control panels like cPanel.
  • Strong Support for Multiple Applications
The platform supports a wide variety of application types including WordPress, Django, Flask, Express, static sites, and more, allowing users to host diverse projects on a single account with easy deployment.
  • Reliable Infrastructure and Support
Opalstack is built by former WebFaction team members, bringing experienced hosting expertise. They offer responsive customer support and a reputation for stable, well-managed server infrastructure with good uptime.

Possible disadvantages

  • Smaller Community and Ecosystem
Compared to major hosting providers like DigitalOcean, AWS, or even shared hosts like SiteGround, Opalstack has a smaller user base, which means fewer community tutorials, third-party guides, and forum discussions available for troubleshooting.
  • Limited Scalability Options
Opalstack is primarily a shared hosting provider, which means it may not be the best choice for high-traffic applications or projects that require rapid, on-demand scaling of resources like CPU, RAM, or storage.
  • Not Ideal for Beginners
While developer-friendly, Opalstack's approach can be intimidating for non-technical users. Setting up applications often requires familiarity with the command line and server configuration, which may not suit those looking for simple one-click solutions.
  • Limited Data Center Locations
Opalstack offers a relatively small number of data center locations compared to major cloud providers, which may result in higher latency for users targeting audiences in regions not well-served by the available server locations.
  • Fewer Managed Services and Add-ons
Unlike larger hosting platforms, Opalstack lacks a wide range of managed add-on services such as built-in CDN integration, managed backups with granular restore options, or one-click SSL management that more mainstream providers offer out of the box.
  • Photos straight from Excel
Images placed in price list cells are extracted and matched to products automatically - no exporting or renaming.
  • B2B cart rules
Case packs, minimum order, volume price tiers and per-customer discounts are enforced in the cart.
  • Orders as spreadsheets
Each order arrives in the seller's inbox as a spreadsheet ready to import into accounting software.
  • Same link, fresh prices
Replace the Excel file and the catalog updates for every customer; the link never changes. Currency rate recalculation included.
  • Field sales reps
Rep accounts with daily route, orders in two taps, shelf photos and receivables from accounting.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Opalstack and aiprice.com.ua.

What makes your product unique?

aiprice.com.ua's answer:

aiprice starts from the file a wholesaler already has - the Excel price list - instead of asking them to build a webshop or fill in product cards.

  • Photos come straight out of Excel. Images placed in cells are extracted and matched to the right products automatically.
  • Wholesale rules, not retail. Case packs, minimum order, volume price tiers and per-customer discounts work in the cart.
  • Orders arrive as spreadsheets ready to import into accounting software, not as chat messages to retype.
  • The link never changes. Replace the file and every customer sees new prices and stock.
  • Done for you in one working day - no onboarding calls, no setup.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

aiprice.com.ua's answer:

Businesses that sell wholesale from a price list: manufacturers, distributors and importers with a few hundred to several thousand SKUs, who today send an Excel or PDF price list and take orders by email, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or phone.

Typical signs it fits: the price list already has photos (or a photo folder), there are case packs and a minimum order, buyers are retailers who order again and again, and the seller does not want to run a full webshop.

Not a fit: retail-only stores that need consumer checkout and card payments, and large companies that already run a B2B portal on top of their ERP.

What's the story behind your product?

aiprice.com.ua's answer:

We are a wholesale team from Kyiv, Ukraine. For years we sold our own brands the usual way: an Excel price list with photos, sent by email and messengers, and orders dictated back by phone or retyped from chat.

When the war made in-person sales and printed catalogs impractical, we built interactive catalogs for our own brands - over 1,300 products - with a cart, minimum order and orders arriving as spreadsheets. Customers started ordering by themselves, and other wholesalers asked for the same thing.

aiprice is that tool turned into a service: you send the price list you already have, and within a working day your customers get a link. Built by wholesalers, for wholesalers.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

aiprice.com.ua's answer:

Choose aiprice if you sell wholesale from a price list and want customers to order by themselves - without building and maintaining a webshop.

  • vs. webshop platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop): no weeks of filling product cards, no retail checkout to bend into B2B. The catalog is generated from your existing Excel file.
  • vs. flipbook and PDF catalog makers (Flipsnack and similar): customers don't just look - they fill a cart that respects case packs and minimum order, and you get the order as a spreadsheet.
  • vs. sending the Excel file itself: opens on any phone in a second, full-size photos, search, and prices are always current because the link stays the same.

The first catalog is free for 30 days, so you can test it with real customers before paying.
