I kept seeing the same thing happen to good agencies and consultants: they'd win the client, celebrate for an afternoon, and then lose a week to the handoff. A contract stuck in someone's inbox. An invoice that needed three follow-ups. An intake form half-filled and forgotten. The excitement of a new project quietly draining away before the real work even started and every so often, a signed client slipping through the cracks entirely.

None of it was a selling problem. It was an onboarding problem, spread across too many disconnected tools. So I built OnboardHive to close that gap: one magic link that carries a client from proposal to kickoff sign, pay, intake, files with no logins for them and no chasing for you.
