What's the story behind your product?

HeyTrigger's answer:

HeyTrigger is a software product built by eBuilderz Infotech, founded by Naman Modi in Ludhiana, India. Naman’s background is in web design, SEO and automation, and his businesses include Curex Marketing. HeyTrigger applies that software and marketing background to Instagram conversation workflows, with configurable responses, contact management and a shared inbox.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

HeyTrigger's answer:

HeyTrigger is for creators, coaches, small businesses and agencies that use eligible Instagram Business or Creator accounts. Typical uses include sending a requested resource after a comment, replying to common DM keywords, responding to Story replies and organizing inbound conversations. Team plans support agencies or businesses managing several Instagram accounts.

HeyTrigger focuses on Instagram conversations. It combines comment-to-DM responses, inbound keyword replies, Story replies and first-DM welcomes with a shared inbox and contact records.
