Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

Objects 5 features
ProcuHelp 8 features
  • Decentralized Object Storage
Objects.to provides decentralized storage solutions, allowing users to store data across distributed networks rather than relying on a single centralized server, which enhances data resilience and reduces single points of failure.
  • Web3 and Blockchain Integration
The platform is designed with Web3 principles in mind, making it well-suited for developers building decentralized applications (dApps) that need reliable and censorship-resistant storage.
  • Simple API and Developer Experience
Objects.to offers a straightforward API that makes it relatively easy for developers to integrate decentralized storage into their projects without needing deep expertise in the underlying protocols.
  • Content Persistence
Data stored through Objects.to benefits from content-addressable storage mechanisms, helping ensure that files remain available and verifiable over time without risk of link rot or unauthorized modification.
  • Cost-Effective Storage
Compared to traditional cloud storage providers, Objects.to can offer competitive pricing by leveraging decentralized storage networks, potentially reducing costs for developers and businesses storing large amounts of data.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Mainstream Adoption
Objects.to is a relatively niche platform compared to established cloud storage providers like AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage, which means fewer community resources, tutorials, and third-party integrations are available.
  • Performance and Latency Concerns
Decentralized storage can sometimes suffer from higher latency and slower retrieval speeds compared to centralized cloud services that have globally distributed CDNs and optimized infrastructure.
  • Reliability and Uptime Uncertainty
As a smaller and newer platform, Objects.to may not offer the same level of guaranteed uptime and SLAs that enterprise-grade centralized storage providers commit to.
  • Learning Curve for Non-Web3 Developers
Developers unfamiliar with decentralized storage concepts, content addressing, and Web3 paradigms may face a steeper learning curve when adopting Objects.to compared to traditional storage solutions.
  • Limited Documentation and Support
Being a smaller platform, Objects.to may have less comprehensive documentation, fewer support channels, and slower response times for troubleshooting compared to major cloud providers with dedicated support teams.
  • Contract Management
Store, manage, and monitor all contracts with automatic renewal alerts. AI extracts key dates, parties, and obligations so nothing gets buried in a PDF again.
  • Vendor Management
Centralise your entire supplier base in one place. Track status, contacts, documents, and risk scores for every vendor with a self-service onboarding portal so suppliers fill in their own details.
  • RFP / RFQ portal
Run structured sourcing events from brief to award in a single workflow. AI drafts the RFP structure, suppliers respond via a branded portal, and weighted scores roll up automatically.
  • Purchase Requests
Let employees submit purchase requests with approval workflows built in. Every request is tracked, approved, and linked to budget. Finance stays in control without becoming a bottleneck.
  • Spend Analytics
See exactly where money is going by vendor, category, and period. Pre-aggregated dashboards surface anomalies and savings opportunities without manual data wrangling.
  • Savings Tracker
Record and attribute procurement savings against specific contracts and initiatives. Build a defensible savings log that finance and leadership can actually verify.
  • Vendor Reviews
Collect structured performance feedback on suppliers across custom dimensions. Build a track record of vendor performance that informs renewal and sourcing decisions.
  • ERP Integrations
Sync vendor and invoice data with Exact Online, Moneybird, AFAS, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, and QuickBooks. No manual imports, procurement data and financial data stay aligned automatically.

Analysis

Objects
ProcuHelp

Overall verdict

  • Objects.to is a niche link-in-bio and personal landing page tool. It appears to offer a minimalist way to consolidate links, but it has limited brand recognition compared to major competitors like Linktree, Bio.link, or Beacons, and detailed independent reviews or long-term reliability data are scarce.

Why this product is good

  • Simple, minimalist interface for creating a single landing page
  • Likely free or low-cost tier for basic use cases
  • Quick setup for consolidating multiple links in one place
  • Lightweight alternative if you dislike bloated link-in-bio tools

Recommended for

  • Individuals wanting a very basic, no-frills link page
  • Users experimenting with alternatives to mainstream link-in-bio services
  • Small creators who don't need advanced analytics or customization
  • Those prioritizing simplicity over extensive design options

Overall verdict

  • ProcuHelp appears to be a niche procurement outsourcing and consulting service aimed at helping businesses streamline purchasing operations, though independent reviews and detailed public information are limited, making it hard to fully verify its effectiveness.

Why this product is good

  • Focuses specifically on procurement processes, which may offer specialized expertise compared to general consulting firms
  • Potentially helps reduce procurement costs through negotiation support and vendor management
  • May offer scalable solutions for businesses lacking in-house procurement teams
  • Could provide time savings by handling sourcing and supplier relationship tasks

Recommended for

  • Small to mid-sized businesses without dedicated procurement staff
  • Companies looking to outsource vendor negotiations and sourcing
  • Organizations seeking to optimize supply chain costs
  • Businesses exploring procurement consulting before committing to a full in-house team

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Objects and ProcuHelp.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ProcuHelp's answer:

If you're a European SMB with 50 to 500 employees and high vendor complexity, the alternatives are either too expensive (Spendcloud, Precoro), too narrow (contract-only or spend-only tools), or built for a US market with US ERP integrations. ProcuHelp is built for the Dutch and European market: native integrations with Exact Online, Moneybird, AFAS, and Dynamics 365 Business Central, GDPR-compliant by design, and pricing at €2,500/year flat. No implementation partner required.

What makes your product unique?

ProcuHelp's answer:

ProcuHelp is the only procurement platform built specifically for European SMBs that covers the full source-to-pay cycle, vendor onboarding, contracts with AI analysis, RFP management, purchase requests, invoice matching, and spend analytics. All in a single product at a price point MKB companies can actually afford. Most procurement software is either enterprise-grade and overbuilt, or a single-feature point solution. ProcuHelp sits in the middle: complete enough to replace five spreadsheets, simple enough that a team without a dedicated procurement manager can run it from day one.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ProcuHelp's answer:

Operations managers, head of purchase, procurement managers, finance leads, and CFOs at Dutch and European SMBs in sectors with high vendor complexity: manufacturing, logistics, construction, and professional services. Typically 50 to 250 employees, and currently managing vendors through a combination of email, spreadsheets, and shared drives. They know the process is fragile; they just haven't found a tool that fits their size and budget.

What's the story behind your product?

ProcuHelp's answer:

ProcuHelp was founded in Rotterdam in early 2025 by procurement professionals that spent years in procurement and supply chain roles and kept running into the same problem: the software that actually covered procurement end-to-end was built for enterprises with six-figure budgets, while smaller companies were stuck patching things together with spreadsheets. ProcuHelp was built to close that gap, a complete procurement platform for the companies that need it most but have been consistently underserved by the market.
