Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

Objects 5 features
Outclimbed 5 features
  • Decentralized Object Storage
Objects.to provides decentralized storage solutions, allowing users to store data across distributed networks rather than relying on a single centralized server, which enhances data resilience and reduces single points of failure.
  • Web3 and Blockchain Integration
The platform is designed with Web3 principles in mind, making it well-suited for developers building decentralized applications (dApps) that need reliable and censorship-resistant storage.
  • Simple API and Developer Experience
Objects.to offers a straightforward API that makes it relatively easy for developers to integrate decentralized storage into their projects without needing deep expertise in the underlying protocols.
  • Content Persistence
Data stored through Objects.to benefits from content-addressable storage mechanisms, helping ensure that files remain available and verifiable over time without risk of link rot or unauthorized modification.
  • Cost-Effective Storage
Compared to traditional cloud storage providers, Objects.to can offer competitive pricing by leveraging decentralized storage networks, potentially reducing costs for developers and businesses storing large amounts of data.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Mainstream Adoption
Objects.to is a relatively niche platform compared to established cloud storage providers like AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage, which means fewer community resources, tutorials, and third-party integrations are available.
  • Performance and Latency Concerns
Decentralized storage can sometimes suffer from higher latency and slower retrieval speeds compared to centralized cloud services that have globally distributed CDNs and optimized infrastructure.
  • Reliability and Uptime Uncertainty
As a smaller and newer platform, Objects.to may not offer the same level of guaranteed uptime and SLAs that enterprise-grade centralized storage providers commit to.
  • Learning Curve for Non-Web3 Developers
Developers unfamiliar with decentralized storage concepts, content addressing, and Web3 paradigms may face a steeper learning curve when adopting Objects.to compared to traditional storage solutions.
  • Limited Documentation and Support
Being a smaller platform, Objects.to may have less comprehensive documentation, fewer support channels, and slower response times for troubleshooting compared to major cloud providers with dedicated support teams.
  • Climbing-specific focus
Outclimbed is designed specifically for rock climbers, offering features tailored to logging climbs, tracking grades, and monitoring progress in a way that generic fitness apps don't replicate.
  • Progress tracking and analytics
The platform allows climbers to visualize their improvement over time through stats, graphs, and grade pyramids, helping them identify strengths and weaknesses in their climbing.
  • Community engagement
Users can connect with other climbers, share achievements, and get inspired by the broader climbing community, which can boost motivation and accountability.
  • Simple and intuitive interface
The app is generally praised for having a clean, easy-to-navigate design that makes logging sessions and reviewing data straightforward, even for less tech-savvy users.
  • Goal setting features
Outclimbed enables users to set specific climbing goals, such as achieving a certain grade, which helps maintain focus and structure in training.

Overall verdict

  • Objects.to is a niche link-in-bio and personal landing page tool. It appears to offer a minimalist way to consolidate links, but it has limited brand recognition compared to major competitors like Linktree, Bio.link, or Beacons, and detailed independent reviews or long-term reliability data are scarce.

Why this product is good

  • Simple, minimalist interface for creating a single landing page
  • Likely free or low-cost tier for basic use cases
  • Quick setup for consolidating multiple links in one place
  • Lightweight alternative if you dislike bloated link-in-bio tools

Recommended for

  • Individuals wanting a very basic, no-frills link page
  • Users experimenting with alternatives to mainstream link-in-bio services
  • Small creators who don't need advanced analytics or customization
  • Those prioritizing simplicity over extensive design options

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Objects and Outclimbed.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Outclimbed's answer:

Too early to share - launched September 2026

What makes your product unique?

Outclimbed's answer:

Outclimbed turns visibility into a game. Instead of a static directory where every listing looks the same, it's a live public leaderboard: you pay a flat entry fee to put your website or X profile on the wall, then hold or climb your rank based on points. Points combine a permanent base with a decaying component, so the board keeps moving and the top spots stay contested. No monthly subscription, no ad auction, no algorithm deciding who gets seen.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Outclimbed's answer:

Most directories charge you and then bury you on page 12. Outclimbed gives every listing a single, visible, ranked position that anyone can see and anyone can challenge. Entry is a one-off payment rather than a recurring bill, the ranking rules are transparent, and sponsor slots are clearly marked as paid placement instead of being disguised as organic results. It's built for people who want attention now, not in six months of SEO.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Outclimbed's answer:

Indie makers, solo founders, bootstrapped SaaS builders and creators on X who have shipped something good but have no audience to show it to. People who are tired of being invisible and would rather buy a shot at attention than wait for it.

What's the story behind your product?

Outclimbed's answer:

It started as a side project by Martin, a solo founder running Nitramix, a small software company behind WordPress products like Video Gallery for WooCommerce and Revertix. Building products alone means constantly hitting the same wall: the work is fine, nobody sees it. Outclimbed was the answer to that - a leaderboard where a small payment buys you a visible position instead of shouting into an empty feed. It launched in September 2026

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Outclimbed's answer:

Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), Dodo Payments (payments and merchant of record), Resend (transactional email), and self-hosted Umami for analytics.
