We run a web studio and build email campaigns for clients regularly. Every time we needed a countdown timer โ€” for a flash sale, a product launch, an event registration โ€” we'd go looking for a tool and hit the same wall: overpriced plans, outdated interfaces, and way too much setup for what should take 30 seconds. We kept thinking "someone should build a better version of this." Eventually we realized that someone was us.
