I've never been enticed by a landing page (yes, datapoint of one). It's either recommendation from source I trust (which has included reddit) and some demo/review available somewhere. There there use to be a stronger distinction between Text Editors and IDEโs. Of course there is a wide spectrum from something like โnanoโ to Microsoftโs Visual Studio (not VScode) On macOS, BBEdit has had SFTP since the late 1990s. Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I understand, if you just go to netflix.com and subscribe to their 4k content you don't get the 4k video, you need a streaming box or some kind of dedicated program. Perhaps to stop pirates... But think about how many poor sods are paying for quality they don't even get. Source: over 2 years ago
Anyone have issues accessing some sites? Just to let everyone know its happening on every device in my home not just one. For example I cannot get to imdb.com I get 403 error but I can get to netflix.com. I can get to all sites if I connect to a vpn first. So its something with atts network but not sure what. I love the Trim extension for Chrome/Firefox to show reviews of Netflix movies inside the netflix.com site. However, several weeks/months ago, the Metacritic reviews stopped showing up.
