Unlike traditional ATS tools, Yuruka adapts to each organization’s hiring workflow while keeping final hiring decisions with humans.

Yuruka helps organizations replace fragmented hiring processes with one configurable workflow. It automates repetitive work such as resume screening, candidate calls, assessments, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding while recruiters remain in control of hiring decisions.
