Webhook Scheduler came from repeatedly rebuilding the same delayed-job infrastructure inside SaaS projects. A simple cron and database row eventually needed cancellation, retries, backoff, delivery logs, idempotency, and SSRF protection. The repeated infrastructure became a standalone API and dashboard.
