What's the story behind your product?

Scrnify.com's answer:

SCRNIFY was born during a Christmas hackathon. What started as an internal tool for generating screenshots evolved into a public service when we realized other developers could benefit from our solution. The project is led by Laura and Heidi, two backend developers who decided to venture into the frontend world.
