If you mean non-professionally, just you personally trying to get a tune out there...SoundCloud with "free download" in the upload name so people can find it...you can either A) the in the Permissions enable direct download and B) in the Metadata include a "Buy Link", where the Title of the button is "FREE DOWNLOAD" and the link takes people off to hypeddit.com to actually download it.
