NextStep, make it's easy create, document and run step-by-step business processes in minutes

I wanted to create something simple. Something any person or team could actually use. Clean like Notion. Structured like Airtable. Easy to get up and running in minutes.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

NextStep.io's answer

Small teams, who are finding themselves time poor but are consistently running the same types of processes in an unmanaged way

What's the story behind your product?

NextStep.io's answer

One of the main drivers behind building this tool was that I often found small teams weren't getting the chance to experience the power of great process management tools, like Process.st.

Part of this is due to cost, as most tools require 5+ seats for their basic plan, and the other part is that the tools are usually quite complex to set up and get running.

Small teams and individuals usually can't afford to spend their precious time documenting and setting up processes, but on the flip side, they often spend vastly more time than needed running haphazard workflows to get their jobs done that could be drastically improved with a clear process.

This is what NextStep solves, by making it as simple as possible to not only create processes but also run them with your team or clients.
