Why this product is good

  • Focuses specifically on nervous system regulation using somatic and polyvagal-informed techniques, filling a niche gap in the mental wellness app market
  • Offers personalized daily exercises that adapt based on user check-ins and progress, making it feel tailored rather than generic
  • Uses short, digestible sessions that fit easily into daily routines, lowering the barrier to consistent practice
  • Incorporates evidence-based methods like breathwork, movement, and body awareness practices rooted in trauma-informed care principles
  • Provides progress tracking that helps users see patterns in their nervous system states over time
  • Designed with a calming, user-friendly interface that reduces overwhelm for users already dealing with stress or dysregulation

Recommended for

  • People interested in somatic or body-based approaches rather than purely cognitive techniques
  • Trauma survivors looking for gentle, self-paced regulation tools as a complement to therapy
  • Users who want short daily practices instead of long meditation sessions
  • Those curious about polyvagal theory and want practical tools to apply it
  • People seeking an alternative or supplement to traditional mental health apps focused on journaling or CBT
