• Traffic Shaping on Big Sur

  On Windows, the classic tool to solve this problem is called NetLimiter, and it allows you to control bandwidth usage on a per-app basis. I used it back in my Win98 days and it was fantastic, and probably still is. Source: over 5 years ago
