NetBalancer VS Little Snitch

On windows I have installed a program called NetBalancer. The paid version allows you to limit bandwidth usage of any application. With the free version all you can do is monitor, but I found it very useful. I am going to be playing around with a couple different tools such as Net Balancer that I found and see which one is the easiest to use. If you want to block it at the network/DNS level you could edit the hosts file or use something like Little Snitch to monitor (and block) outgoing connections. Source: almost 3 years ago
