LabyMod Reviews

  1. Labymod is a pretty good client if you have a potato PC, but it isnโ€™t that beautiful and it doesnโ€™t have a lot of mods. It supports 1.8,1.12 and 1.17 which is cool but the FPS drops when you play in a version other than 1.8 (from me experience). Over all lunar Clint is good

  • Beta 1.7.3 server list similar to modern Minecraft
Here is a link to Modloader for MCb173. It needs adding directly into the minecraft.jar file, however if you use a launcher like MultiMC, which you can find here: https://multimc.org/ then there is an option to 'add to minecraft jar file' which does the same thing. Source: over 2 years ago
  • [launcher] Java launcher โ€œbrokenโ€. Sometimes itโ€™s stuck on the loading screen, sometimes it wonโ€™t even let me click the launcher icon.
I used to have this issue lots, and it was due to my internet being too restrictive. The Minecraft Launcher was refusing to open, and I fixed it by messing with the restrictions until it worked. Hopefully this helps :) if all else fails of course, try just reinstalling it! Iโ€™m sure that all your config files donโ€™t get affected by reinstalling it, but just in case make a backup. And if all ELSE ELSE fails, you... Source: over 2 years ago
  • Modding Beta 1.7.3 on MacOS ain't easy
If you are willing to try out the launcher - MultiMC which you can find here (there is a Mac option available) : https://multimc.org/ then I have put together an MCb173 pack that has been made for MultiMC. You just use the 'import from zip' option. Source: over 2 years ago

  • Minecraft Veteran Here with some Questions
The best way to experience beta 173 is to play beta 173, and perhaps add some mods to it a little later. One of the better launchers to use for old versions and for playing modded is to use the MultiMC launcher which you can find here: https://multimc.org/. Source: over 2 years ago

LabyMod mentions (1)

  • I was using the Essential mod and the simple voice chat mod and this flavortext saying "I see you..." popped up. Does anyone know which mod caused this or whether it's vanilla? I'm honestly just curious. I was using version 1.16.5 if that matters.
LabyMod will have the same multiplayer capability once their big update (LabyMod 4) releases. Source: over 2 years ago
