Free fee & profit calculators for eBay, Etsy, PayPal, Stripe, Square and resale marketplaces โ€” updated whenever fees change
Not present
Not present

Seller Sum is a set of 13 free calculators that work out what a marketplace takes from a sale and what you actually keep. There's one for eBay, Etsy, PayPal, Stripe, Square, Whatnot, Depop, Poshmark and Mercari, plus margin, markup and food cost, and a hub that compares every marketplace's cut side by side.

Every rate comes from the marketplace's own published fee page. Each calculator shows the date the rate was last checked and links to the source, so you can confirm the number yourself. Where a marketplace publishes its own worked example, the calculator reproduces it to the cent.

A changelog records every fee change with the date it landed, and you can get one email when any tracked marketplace moves its rates.

No signup, no paywall.

SellerSum features and specs

  • 13 fee and profit calculators
Calculators for eBay, Etsy, PayPal, Stripe, Square, Whatnot, Depop, Poshmark and Mercari, plus margin, markup and food cost. A comparison hub puts every marketplace's cut side by side.
  • Rates quoted from official fee pages
Every rate comes from the marketplace's own published fee page, and each calculator shows the date it was last checked. The source link sits on the page, so you can confirm the number yourself instead of taking our word for it.
  • Tested against the marketplaces' own examples
Where a marketplace publishes a worked example, the calculator reproduces it to the cent. eBay's $400 phone example is one of them, and a unit test fails the build if it ever stops matching.
  • Fee changelog and email alerts
Every fee change is logged with the date it landed. Sign up and you get one email when any tracked marketplace moves its rates, whichever calculator you use.
  • Free, no signup
Every calculator is free and works without an account. Nothing is behind a paywall.
