  • I don't have verified, reliable information about TradeWize (tradewize.io) to confidently assess its quality, legitimacy, or performance. Without independent reviews, regulatory information, or verified user feedback, I can't responsibly claim it is 'good' or 'bad'. Before using it, you should independently verify its licensing/regulation status, read third-party reviews (e.g., Trustpilot, forums), check for transparency about fees and risk, and confirm it isn't associated with scam patterns common in trading platforms.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing MixQueue and TradeWize.

What makes your product unique?

TradeWize's answer:

TradeWize combines two things that usually live in separate apps: a structured, gamified curriculum and a real-data trading simulator — in one place. You learn a concept, then immediately practice it with risk-free paper trading on live-style market data, reinforced with mini-games, XP, streaks and badges. The free tier is deliberately investor-first (long-term, passive, low-cost, no "get rich quick"), while premium goes deep into active trading — technical analysis, fundamental analysis, options and futures — backed by a realistic simulation engine (real market data, a from-scratch Black-Scholes options model, real futures pricing). Most tools are a course or a simulator. TradeWize is both, tied together by a single progression system.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

TradeWize's answer:

Beginner-to-intermediate retail investors and aspiring traders worldwide who want to understand how markets actually work and practice without risking real money. They're self-directed learners who'd otherwise stitch knowledge together from scattered YouTube videos and Reddit threads. The audience is global (US, UK, EU, Asia, Australia) and increasingly mobile-first, and splits into two camps: cautious long-term investors who live in the free curriculum, and people who want to learn active trading — options, futures, technical analysis — in a safe, simulated environment before ever touching live capital.

What's the story behind your product?

TradeWize's answer:

TradeWize started as a set of trading lessons and grew into a full learn-and-simulate platform. The founding insight: everyone is told investing matters, but almost no one is given a safe, structured, hands-on place to actually learn it. Courses are dry and theoretical, simulators teach you nothing, and "finfluencers" push risky bets to beginners. TradeWize was built to close that gap — a real curriculum, a realistic simulator, and game mechanics that keep people coming back — so learning compounds the way good investing does. It's independent and founder-led, built by someone who uses it and iterates on it weekly.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

TradeWize's answer:

Web app: Next.js (React, TypeScript), Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion for animation Mobile apps: native iOS and Android via Capacitor (one shared codebase) Backend / API: Node.js with Express, PostgreSQL Payments: Stripe Email / notifications: Resend Market data & charts: Yahoo Finance feeds, TradingView charts, and a custom options-pricing engine (Black-Scholes) Hosting: DigitalOcean App Platform

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

TradeWize's answer:

Individual retail investors learning to invest Beginner-to-advanced traders practicing options and futures risk-free Self-directed learners worldwide (US, UK, EU, Asia, Australia)

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

TradeWize's answer:

A genuinely useful free tier — a full 20-stage investing course, not a paywalled teaser. A realistic simulator, not toy data — practice spot investing, futures and options with live-style pricing, so the skills transfer. Learn-by-doing in one loop — every lesson is paired with hands-on practice and mini-games, so it actually sticks instead of being passive reading. A real path, beginner to advanced — sequential unlocks mean you're never staring at a blank chart wondering where to start. Habit mechanics without the sleaze — streaks, combos, leaderboards and friend challenges that build a learning habit, with no real money at risk. Global by default — not US-only tax/broker content; examples span the US, UK, EU, Asia and Australia. Everywhere you are — web, iOS and Android with synced progress, built and run by an independent founder who ships fast and talks to users.
