No idea if it's possible to recover them and yes, it's preferable to save them locally (and back them up on the cloud too). As it's been mentioned by someone else in a similar discussion, the Designer automatically saves its generated pictures on OneDrive, but it doesn't automatically save the prompt used to generate them unfortunately, also the Designer has a stronger pre-generation filter compared to the Image... For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I'm seeing this log in the decryption log both before and after installing the IA cert and when both using the installer or browsing the site. Source: about 3 years ago
