Shakebug is a bug and crash reporting tool built for mobile and web app teams. It lets testers and end users report issues in seconds โ usually by simply shaking their device โ and automatically attaches an annotated screenshot, device model, OS version, app version, and logs so developers have everything needed to reproduce the problem right away.
Crashes are detected and logged automatically, and Shakebug's AI groups repeat crashes into a single issue with first-seen date, affected devices, and OS versions, so teams fix the highest-impact problems first instead of digging through duplicates.
Every bug and crash is tied to the user's session journey โ a timeline of the screens, events, and actions that happened right before the issue occurred โ giving developers full context instead of just a stack trace. This works even for anonymous users who never log in.
Reports can be sent straight into tools teams already use, including Jira, Slack, Trello, Asana, Monday, Linear, ClickUp, GitHub, GitLab, and Zendesk, keeping bug tracking inside existing workflows instead of creating a separate silo.
Beyond bug and crash tracking, Shakebug includes built-in product analytics: active users, session counts, stickiness, custom event tracking, and weekly cohort retention (Week-1 and Week-4), so quality metrics and usage data live side by side.
Shakebug works across iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, and web apps built with React, Next.js, or any JavaScript framework โ one SDK across every platform. It's used by 1,300+ product teams and has processed tens of millions of app sessions, with a free plan available and no credit card required to start.

I've never used Tableau, but heard a lot of hate about it. However, in my previous role, we were big fans of Metabase (https://metabase.com). You can also self-host it, which was a huge win for us. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
The solution really depends on what sort of problems you are trying to solve and who your customers are. There are a fair few low-code solutions out there for reporting and data visualisation that are great for finance and marketing teams for example. e.g. https://metabase.com/ , https://evidence.dev/ For enterprise processes I'd go with Camunda (solely based on recommendations and not first hand experience).... - Source: Hacker News / about 3 years ago
