The solution really depends on what sort of problems you are trying to solve and who your customers are. If you can manage a VPS then I'd recommend ramnode.com. I've used them for my personal site since 2012 and there's been zero downtime or other issues aside from me forgetting my password and them promptly resetting it for me. Source: about 4 years ago
