Mention Network is the AI visibility solution for e-commerce, built as an embedded Shopify app. It checks whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google AI name a merchant's store when shoppers ask where to buy a product, audits the store across 40 signals in four areas, writes a specific fix, and lets the merchant apply it in one click inside Shopify Admin. The app layer runs on React Router 7 with Shopify App Bridge, backed by a NestJS service with Redis and BullMQ for background analysis jobs. It also ships a built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so the product itself is readable by AI agents, in line with where agentic commerce is heading.
