And it has the feature that auto solves the tickets (at the infrastructure level) in case of not being able to solve it, it scales to an operator. We have a beta to offer the software with artificial intelligence so that it can be installed as a hybrid cloud, making an auto deploy of the installation and configuration of the infrastructure.
