DockGroups

DockIt Space
App Groups
Organize apps into named groups, each with a custom emoji icon, stored by bundle ID.
Pin important groups to the top of the sidebar.
Create and delete groups directly from the main panel โ no detour into Settings.
Default starter groups (Work, Creative, Utilities) appear on first launch.
Group data is saved atomically with owner-only file permissions, and the app tolerates missing fields so updates never wipe your groups.
The Floating Panel
A panel anchored next to your Dock that positions itself correctly whether your Dock sits at the bottom, left, or right of the screen.
Opens from the Dock icon or the menu bar; closes automatically when it loses focus.
A collapsible sidebar toggles between full labels (with shortcut badges) and a compact icon-only rail.
Frosted-glass or solid panel style, plus System / Light / Dark themes.
Open All / Close All โ the signature feature
Open All launches every app in a group with a small stagger (so macOS doesn't choke on simultaneous launches).
Close All does the reverse, and this is something no competing dock app offers:
Plain click โ hides every app in the group
Live indicators show which apps in a group are currently running, and clicking a running app restores its windows โ including minimized ones.
In-Panel App Management
Add and remove apps right in the panel grid.
Drag to reorder apps within a group.
Right-click any app for Quit, Force Quit, or Show in Finder.
Keyboard Shortcuts
โ1โ9 switches groups inside the panel.
โฅโง1โ9 are true system-wide hotkeys that work even in full-screen apps โ with no Accessibility or Input Monitoring permissions needed.

I saw this medium post from you https://medium.com/@atixwasfound/how-i-began-writing-my-own-programming-language-01a1672d3bd8 In there it says you started this journey when you were 8 years old and that you are a 14 year old programmer I'm not sure how I feel about this to be honest, I need to process that. - Source: Hacker News / about 21 hours ago
Castform founder here. It uses lakebases's native bm25 and vector search and fuses the results using rrf (https://medium.com/@devalshah1619/mathematical-intuition-behind-reciprocal-rank-fusion-rrf-explained-in-2-mins-002df0cc5e2a). - Source: Hacker News / 3 days ago

I've been doing a lot of experimenting with this with a c++ compiler project[0]. I definitely experienced a lot of challenges, but I do believe it is possible to end-up in a consistent space by putting in some very careful guardrails. I covered some of the things I learned in the follow on blog posts. My more recent runs have been producing better code after continuing to improve harnesses, tests, and prompts. >Viewing the continuance of our race as only the responsibility of parents is pathological. That seems to be a uniquely American pathology. Everywhere where else in the world, and in non-white American subcultures, the community is expected a hand in raising children. But many Americans consider it socialist and an attack on Christian values. See Hillary Clinton getting mocked for saying "it takes a village"[0] or... - Source: Hacker News / 9 days ago
