Sure, why not use Blazor? It makes life easier for the developers who are primarily backend, to work on the frontend as well. Seems like the better choice. So what's next? The UI library. Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. While you have to pay a little bit for the premium account, I highly recommend it as it allows you send up to 2000 emails a day, personalized based on the columns in your spreadsheet that you connect to it...
